These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Mendels online store, placing orders, delivery, payments, complaints, withdrawal from the contract, as well as other rights and obligations arising from Polish and international e-commerce law.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the mendels.co website, including domestic and international sales.
By using the website, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with:
• the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights,
• the Civil Code,
• the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services,
• GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act,
• EU regulations on cross-border sales.
The Seller operates worldwide, and prices are provided in [PLN/EUR/USD].
The conditions apply to all users, including visitors, customers and business partners.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
By using the store, the User confirms being of legal age or having guardian consent.
It is prohibited to:
• use the services for unlawful purposes,
• interfere with website security,
• transmit malicious software,
• impersonate others.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or refusal to provide services.
CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
Orders may be placed 24/7 via the website.
The contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller.
The Customer is required to provide accurate information.
The Seller may refuse to process an order in case of:
• system errors,
• suspected automated or bulk activity,
• lack of payment.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Products are described accurately; however, color differences may occur due to monitor settings.
The Seller reserves the right to:
• change prices,
• withdraw products from the offer,
• introduce promotions.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Products may be available in limited quantities.
PAYMENTS
Available payment methods:
• Przelewy24 (including BLIK, payment cards, fast transfers),
• bank transfer,
• international payments provided by the operator.
Order processing begins after the payment has been posted.
If the payment fails, the order may be cancelled.
Order processing time depends on the type of product and is counted from the date the payment is posted:
• for products marked “In stock” – the order will be shipped within 7 days at the latest,
• for products marked “Made to order” – the order will be shipped within 2 months at the latest.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made within Poland and internationally.
Available delivery methods:
• InPost Parcel Lockers,
• InPost Courier,
• domestic and international courier (e.g. DHL/DPD/FedEx – depending on destination).
Delivery costs are covered by the Customer.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and transport method.
The Customer must check the condition of the shipment upon receipt and prepare a damage report if necessary.
For international shipments:
• the Customer covers customs duties and import taxes,
• customs clearance may extend delivery time,
• the Seller is not responsible for customs decisions.
Order fulfillment times:
• products marked “In stock” are shipped within 7 days from payment posting,
• products marked “Made to order” are shipped within 2 months from payment posting.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
The period begins on the day the goods are received.
To withdraw from the contract, a statement must be sent to the Seller’s e-mail address.
The returned product must be unused and undamaged.
The Customer covers the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• personalized products,
• products damaged by the customer,
• services completed before the withdrawal period ends.
COMPLAINTS (STATUTORY WARRANTY)

A complaint should include:
• description of the defect,
• photos,
• date of occurrence,
• customer data.
The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days.
In justified cases, the Seller will:
• repair the product,
• replace the product,
• reduce the price,
• refund the payment (if the defect is significant).
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
The Seller is the controller of personal data.
Data is processed for:
• order fulfillment,
• customer service,
• accounting purposes,
• marketing purposes (with user consent).
Data may be transferred to couriers and payment operators.
The User has the right to:
• access,
• rectify,
• delete,
• restrict processing,
• transfer data.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Comments or reviews may be used by the Seller for marketing purposes.
It is prohibited to publish content that is:
• offensive,
• unlawful,
• infringing copyright.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Seller is not liable for:
• technical interruptions beyond their control,
• errors caused by third parties,
• damage resulting from improper use of the website contrary to these Terms.
For international shipments, the Seller is not responsible for customs delays.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
For international customers, applicable laws of the recipient’s country may also apply in accordance with international regulations.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Seller may update the Terms at any time.
The current version is always available on the website.
Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
