This Cookies Policy sets out the rules for the use of cookies and similar technologies on the Mendels website (https://mendels.co), in accordance with GDPR requirements, the ePrivacy Directive and the Polish Telecommunications Law.

Cookies are small text files stored on the User’s device while using a website. Cookies enable, among other things, saving user preferences, analyzing traffic and personalizing content. Cookies are not used to directly identify the User.

• handling the cart and payments,

According to GDPR, the processing of data from cookies is based on:

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – User consent for cookies other than essential,
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Administrator for technical and essential cookies.

Consent is obtained through a GDPR-compliant cookie banner.

The User may:

• accept all cookies,
• reject all cookies except essential ones,
• adjust settings in the consent management panel.

The User may also manually delete cookies via browser settings:

• Safari,
• Edge.

• session cookies – until the browser is closed,
• persistent cookies – from 1 day to 24 months.

In the case of international orders, analytical tools may process data:

• outside the EU,
• based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC),
• in compliance with GDPR.

The Administrator selects providers ensuring an adequate level of security.

  1. OBJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

The User may withdraw consent to cookies at any time using:

• the cookie management panel on the website,
• browser settings.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing prior to withdrawal.
